RETURNS:

-A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained prior to any return. Any moulding returned without an RGA number will not be accepted.

-A 20% re‑stocking fee is applied to moulding returned.

-We will not accept returns on the following

After 30 days from date of shipment / invoice.

Moulding or chops that have been cut or defaced.

Unwrapped moulding.

-Any moulding purchased as a special order or close‑out.
